The DMC fins® SOFpaddle™ V2.0 are soft, strap-free swim training paddles designed to improve your catch and pull—without shoulder pain. With its new finger lock system, they will allow the swimmer to feel the water like never before, train their catch and get solid resistance in pull-sets across all strokes.
Made from super-soft SILFORM, they feel like slides for your hands, allowing you to truly feel the water, train correct technique, and reduce strain compared to hard paddles.
No longer will swimmers have to tolerate hard bladed training paddles with pinching straps or abrasive grips. Not to mention the pain from clipping or being clipped by a passing swimmer wearing hard paddles!
