Each Long Belt Slider Quick Connect features two neoprene-padded waist belts with connection strap, which fits up to a 44in/1.1m waist. One 20ft/6m safety cord tube with a Quick Connect buckle on one end and mounting loop on the opposite end. Interchangeable.
